Why should the media care? (+ final August Zoom!)

Hey Kyle,

We had another juicy call on Friday! Here's the recording.

Any good pitch starts with clarity and you must narrow your pitch to three sentences or less. Michelle provided hands-on PR coaching, covering these pitching secrets:

  1. How to solve a problem and match your credentials

  2. Getting to the point (no fluff!), and adding facts (stats and studies are great)

  3. Answering why the media (and the public) cares

  4. Succinct subject lines that tie into seasonal or breaking news

  5. Using tips, tools, steps, soundbites, or stats in your pitch

FINAL AUGUST CALL: Join Michelle this Friday, August 28 @ 1 PM EDT to learn how to prepare for your media interview.

If you ever purchase a product or service now or in the future offered via my link, I will receive a commission. I only recommend products or services I stand behind, use personally, and believe will give you tremendous results.

If you'd prefer not to receive emails like this, media leads from PitchRate, or any of our brilliant PR wisdom, click Unsubscribe . We'll be sad, but we understand you might not want to be focused on PR and right now. When you're ready, we'll be here.
